All Player balances on phream are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT TRC-20) are converted to PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of deposit. No additional currency conversion fees are charged by phream; however, external transaction fees imposed by payment providers are the Player's responsibility.
Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Upon termination of a phream account, any real money balance held in the account (after deduction of applicable bonus balances and pending wagering obligations) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, provided the Player has completed KYC verification and no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
